Is there always someone at the reception desk?
We are there for you daily from 07:00 to 23:00.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
You can check in from 15:00 to 23:00. We ask that you clear your room for cleaning on the day of departure by 11:00. We also have a suitcase deposit where you are welcome to drop off your luggage, both on the day of arrival and the day of departure. For arrivals after 23:00 we will be happy to deposit your room card in our designated key deposit. Please contact our reception if required.

How can I book a room as a customer of Soloplan GmbH, software for logistics and planning?

Is the hotel barrier-free?
Our barrier-free room is optimally adjusted to cater for the needs of handicapped guests and wheelchair users and thus ensures maximum accessibility. Additionally, all floors can be reached by lift.

Is breakfast included in the room price?
All room prices already include breakfast.

Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, we have fast Wi-Fi in the entire hotel and restaurant. The Wi-Fi is, of course, free of charge.

Do you offer an ironing service?
We will gladly offer you an ironing service for a surcharge of €5.00.

Are pets allowed?
You are welcome to bring your dog to the hotel for a surcharge of €25.00 per day.

Wie sind die Frühstückszeiten?
Frühstück gibt es täglich von 07:00 Uhr bis 10:00 Uhr.

Wie sind die Öffnungszeiten vom Restaurant?

Unser Restaurant ist Montag bis Samstag von 11:00 – 24:00 Uhr geöffnet, sonntags von 11:00 bis 23:00 Uhr. Warme Küche gibt es von 11:30 bis 21:30 Uhr.

Wann hat die Bar geöffnet?
Die Bar hat Montag bis Freitag von 14:00 – 24:00 Uhr geöffnet, am Samstag und Sonntag bereits ab 11:30 Uhr. Von 21:00 – 23:00 ist Happy Hour.

Kann ich auch im Restaurant essen, wenn ich kein Hotelgast bin?
Natürlich, wir freuen uns über jeden Gast!

Gibt es im Restaurant laktosefreie, glutenfreie und vegane Angebote?
Auch das haben wir im Angebot. Auf Nachfrage erhalten Sie im Restaurant gerne mehr Informationen.

Kann ich einen separaten Bereich im Restaurant für meine Veranstaltung buchen?
Ein direkt an das Restaurant angrenzender, separater Bereich kann gerne angefragt werden. Der Raum ist auf etwa 20 Personen ausgelegt.

Are the rooms air-conditioned?
All hotel rooms have heating and air conditioning that can be adjusted individually.

Can children stay overnight free of charge up to a certain age?

We will gladly provide you with a free baby cot. Additional beds for children are available for €45.00 per night.

Are there rooms for people suffering from allergies?
Each of the rooms is equipped with hypo-allergenic bedding.

Do I need a credit card for the booking?
You need to specify a credit card during the online booking.

Up to when can I cancel?
You can cancel free of charge until 12:00 on the day of arrival. If you cancel later than that, you need to pay 90% of the overnight price.

What information do I need to provide when making a request for a meeting room?

You are welcome to send us a request to and inform us of the exact time period with the duration of the conference, the number of people and the desired room. You can find a list of all of the rooms here.

What does the technical equipment of the rooms include?
All of our six different training and seminar rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technical equipment, which includes everything you need for your event to go smoothly–from a projection screen and a microphone system to a sound system. Additionally, some of our rooms have fully equipped PC working places. Please understand that our PC training rooms can not be modified for specific events and can therefore only be booked as a complete package with IT equipment.

Can I book the meeting rooms separately or do I also need to book an overnight stay?
Our training and meeting rooms can be booked separately as well.

How will I get from the airport to the hotel?
We will gladly pick you up for a fee at the airports in Memmingen, Munich and Stuttgart. Depending on the availability, this service is free of charge for customers of Soloplan GmbH, software for logistics and planning. 

Are parking spaces available and, if yes, how much does parking cost?
There are numerous free parking spaces directly in front of the building.

Are there charging stations for electric vehicles?
The parking lot is equipped with 6 electric charging stations.
